1. Operator
All car parks under the Odyssey Parking brand are operated by Odyssey Leisure Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales. Correspondence may be sent to support@odysseyparking.com.
2. Acceptance of terms
By entering an Odyssey Parking site or by purchasing a parking session via this website, you agree to these terms in full. If you do not agree, you must leave the site immediately without parking.
3. Paying for parking
Parking is paid in advance via this website. You must enter a valid UK registration plate, a valid email address, and select a parking duration before payment. Sessions begin at the moment payment is confirmed and are valid for the duration purchased.
It is your responsibility to ensure your registration plate is entered correctly. Sessions cannot be transferred or refunded due to incorrect plate entry. If you notice a mistake, contact us immediately at support@odysseyparking.com.
4. Extending your session
You may extend an active session by visiting the session page sent to your email or by re-scanning the QR code at the site and entering the same registration. Extensions are paid separately and added to the existing session.
5. Overstaying & enforcement
Vehicles parked beyond the duration paid, or parked without a valid session, are liable for a Parking Charge Notice (PCN) of £100, reduced to £60 if paid within 14 days of issue.
Sites are monitored by Automatic Number Plate Recognition (ANPR) and CCTV. By entering the site, you consent to the capture and processing of your vehicle registration plate, the time of entry and exit, and any associated images.
6. Refunds
Sessions purchased in error may be refunded at the operator's discretion if you contact us within 30 minutes of purchase and have not yet used the parking. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days. Sessions that have been used in any part are non-refundable.
7. Liability
Odyssey Leisure Ltd does not accept liability for damage to vehicles or theft of contents while parked at any of our sites, except where caused by our negligence and to the extent required by law. You park at your own risk.
We do not guarantee the availability of spaces. Payment for a session does not reserve a specific space and provides no guarantee that a space will be available.
8. Permitted use
Sites are for the temporary parking of vehicles only. The following are prohibited:
- Camping, sleeping in vehicles, or overnight stays not covered by a paid session
- Repairs, maintenance, or vehicle washing
- Commercial activity or trading from the site
- Any unlawful activity
- Parking outside marked bays, on access lanes, or blocking other vehicles
Vehicles in breach may be removed at the owner's expense and may incur a PCN.
9. Data & privacy
We collect the minimum information needed to operate the parking service: registration plate, email address, payment details (handled by Stripe), and ANPR/CCTV footage of vehicles entering and leaving the site.
Data is retained for as long as required for operational, legal, and tax purposes. We do not sell your data. We may share registration data with authorised third parties such as the DVLA where lawful and necessary for enforcement purposes.
Email correspondence is handled via our nominated email provider. Payment data is handled by Stripe Payments Europe Ltd; we do not store full card details on our servers.
10. Appeals
If you believe a PCN has been issued in error, you may appeal in writing within 28 days of issue. Appeals must include the PCN reference, the registration plate, and the reason for appeal. Send appeals to support@odysseyparking.com.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version in force when you purchase a session is the version that applies to that session.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
